Information we collect

When you join the Called to Start reader community, we collect the first name and email address you submit. If you previously submitted a phone number through an earlier version of the form, that information may also remain in our records.

We also collect limited technical information needed to protect the form from spam, such as a one-way-protected version of an internet address and the date and time of a submission. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.

How we use your information

• To send the reader bonuses or resources you requested.
• When you give consent, to send encouragement, book updates, and occasional news from Ann Levy and Fruitful Convictions.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the signup experience.
• To keep records of consent and honor unsubscribe requests.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link included in an email. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your signup information by emailing contact@fruitfulconvictions.com. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary to document an opt-out, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us host the website, store signup records, prevent misuse, and deliver requested emails or reader communications. Those providers may process information only to provide those services or as required by law.

Data protection and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect signup information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. We keep reader information while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.

Children’s privacy

This website and reader community are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Links to Amazon and other websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices. We may update this policy as our services or legal responsibilities change. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect.
